In these difficult economic times we have adjusted our policies to lower the occurrence of losses incurred by both you and us due to mishandled returns. All Return Authorization (herein referred to as RA) Request Forms must be completed in its entirety and emailed to Return@Jovani.com and/or Faxed to 212.279.0216 All inquires will be responded to within one (1) business week of the request. Please Note: Your Sales Representative has NO authority over RA requests. Jovani Fashions prides itself on the quality of our garments; however, some pieces do come in flawed. Please inspect each garment immediately, when it arrives at your store. If there are any damaged pieces, you have fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the item to request an RA number and exchange the item. Jovani will provide call tags for damaged items only. All goods must be returned in the same manner in which you received them. (i.e.: on hanger, in plastic wrap, folded, and be sure to remove any retail tags/alarms) All goods must be returned in a box labeled with: Your Account Number, Store Name & Address, and the RA # for the item(s) inside. Each damaged item must be returned with a note detailing the location and type of damage to the garment, so it can be repaired upon our receipt of your return. All items sent for a Trunk Show must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. Please be aware that Jovani does not send invoices out with Drop Shipments Your customer must return the garment to you first & then you may return the garment to us. All returns must be shipped via UPS only. Jovani is not responsible for any lost shipments. Jovani will only accept returns if the item was bought directly from us, Jovani Fashions *The above precautions are meant to ensure that the proper credit is applied to your account. Exchanges, Restocking and Unauthorized Returns will incur a $50 fee to your account. By continuing to place orders with Jovani Fashions, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to all the above terms. The above terms supersedes all prior policies of Jovani regarding Return Merchandise, and cannot be modified unless agreed upon in writing. All disputes arising from your relationship with Jovani are to be adjudicated in New York and in compliance with New York law. The prevailing party is entitled to all of its attorney fees and costs.
